What you should know about tendiro.
What is tendiro?
A qualification platform for public tenders in Romania. It uses AI to read the documentation of CN, SCN and MC notices on SEAP (Romania’s e-procurement system) and prepares technical, legal and tailored reports. It is a B2B service: accounts are for companies only, with a Romanian company tax ID (CUI) verified with ANAF, the Romanian tax authority.
What personal data do you store?
As little as possible: privacy by design. We don’t store passwords: you log in with a one-time code sent by email (OTP). We don’t ask for names or personal ID numbers (CNP), and staff in the company profile appear with initials only. We keep only the contact email and the company’s data.
Which tenders do you cover?
CN and SCN notices and MC market consultations published on SEAP, across 12 industries and over 9,000 CPV codes. We collect data responsibly and at a measured pace (staggered over time), without overloading SEAP’s servers, using both human operators and automated processes.
How much does it cost?
The platform and notifications are free. A report costs 10 credits, the data package 5; 1 credit = 1 EUR + VAT, payable by card or bank transfer.
How long are credits valid?
Purchased credits are valid for 365 days and bonus credits, including those from promo codes, for 90 days from the moment they are granted. We use the credits that expire soonest first. Bonus credits are not refundable; when a payment is refunded, the bonus credits granted for it are withdrawn too.
How long until I get a report?
On average, 3 hours after a tender appears, its documentation is downloaded and processed and the report can be ordered (up to 24 hours for complex ones). Once you order, the report is generated in 10–30 minutes, depending on the volume of data and on system load, and you receive it by email.
What does the data package contain?
The original documents, editable .docx and .xlsx versions and .md text, for checking with your own AI. Over 95% of tender documents are processed with OCR; corrupted or protected files remain available only as originals, where they can be downloaded.
Are the reports generated with AI?
Yes, with quotes from the official documentation, each citing the section it comes from. They may contain errors and do not replace legal advice; the decision to bid is yours.
Can I use tendiro if I do public procurement consulting?
Yes. You can open any CN or SCN notice, in any industry, and order the technical report, the legal report and the data package; for MC, the technical report and the package. The tailored report is produced only in the account’s primary industry, because it starts from your company’s profile.
